I think it gonna be a big “Change” this summer. LVG is time up for any reason. Both Manchester united board & fan are enough for Dutch manager. The next question is who will be the next Man Utd manager? Lot of fans really like Jose Murinho, I used to think that way. The only think I don’t like Jose is “His attitude”.

Why I don’t want Jose Murinho?

  1. If he would be Man Utd manager, it’s time up for young players like Lingard, Rashford, Pereira, Borhwick-Jackson, Fosu-Mensah, and more. I don’t see great young players since class of 92 (Beckham, Scholes, Butt, Nevilles). Rashford is such a good striker, maybe as good as Harry Kane from Spurs. Pereira, Borhwick-Jackson, Fosu-Mensah are strong & powerful defender. Of course, they are disappeared under Murinho. As we seen what he did at Chelsea, there was no youth academy players for the first team.
  2. Lot of 1st team players like De gea, Mata, Schneiderlin, Schweinsteiger, might have to leave Old trafford.
  3. The most important thing is Jose Murinho forcus much on “the result” than “entertain” football. He has own style, but United. If you know Man Utd for could decades, they focus on attack & entertain football. It’s United style, not Murinho.

For me, I would like to support “Ryan Giggs”. Although, he doesn’t has more experience than Jose, but he knows everything about United football. May be Giggs will be the most successful manager. Who know? I want to take a risk, and I think many United fan prefer Giggs as well.

No magic for Man Utd

Finally mancherster united couldn’t win last night. As I mentioned yesterday, it was really hard for Utd to beat Liverpool. I was curious about Louis Van gal’s tactic last night. By the time we need 2nd goal, but he changed both left-right wing back. We have good defense midfielder like Morgan Schneiderlin, but LVG didn’t think so. Carrick was great, but we need powerful midfielder to destroy Liverpool talented midfielder, Cutinho. Carrick, 33 years old, was not the right guy. Last night, man utd crossing ball really (damn) beautiful, BUT BUT couldn’t create opportunity to put the ball on the net. Once you can’t scoring, it’s useless to passing the ball up & down. It was really boring old style from LVG.

Man Utd will face Man City on Sunday, I wish they will lost (again). It should be the last chance for LVG at Old Trafford. Wishing my dream comes true!

Can Man Utd beat Liverpool tonight

It’s good question, but a bit hard to answer. I’m a big fan of Manchester United for since 1994. Wow, it’s more than 20 years for being a man utd devil fan. If Manchester united still controlled by Sir Alex, I would say that they can 100% beat Liverpool tonight. But, for now, anything can happen at Old Trafford, Man Utd might win 1-0, 2-0, or lost 0-1, 0-2 or even 0-4. Anything, any scores can happen under Louis Van gal. Deeply in my mind, I want to see the victory of Manchester United tonight. But but but, I more than happy to see the biggest change at Old Trafford. I mean I want to get a new manager, Mourinho or Giggs is better than “Old style manager like Van Gal”. If Man Utd beat Liverpool, it means that there is still “No change” at Old Trafford. On the other hand, if man utd lost, it gonna be something happen afterward.

For me, it gonna be hurt but happy if Man Utd lost tonight. Let’s say Man Utd 1 – 2 Liverpool. It’s time up for Louis Van Gal. Let’s see what gonna happen tonight. It’s time for bed now 🙂 Let’s see the score in the next 6 hours. Enjoy the game

My weight loss experience

I’ve been on weight loss track for the last couple years. I’ve tried in various method such as workout madly, control daily food intake, but I never use medicine.Um, I prefer herbal and organic food actually such as aloe vera. It’s really such a good helper. I will talk about it later. For me, workout is “a must” to lose weight. Why it’s so important? I’m in the mid of 30’s, and of course my burning process is decreasing. That’s why I need to boost up burning level back, and work out can help me for this. If you want to lose weight, then you need to workout consistency. For my experience, you better workout for at least 45 minutes per session, more is better, but not should less that 45 minutes. Why? I’ve been doing a lot of researches, and most of that claimed that our body will burn carb in the first 30 minutes. It will start burning extra fat, and unnecessary sugar in the 45th minutes. It means that you will workout for nothing if you workout less than 30 minutes. Also, you never melt down excess fat if you exercise less than 45 minutes. I’m recommend around 45 – 60 minutes. If you have more time, longer than hour is preferable. But but please don’t over workout, because your muscle might be injured. What’s over workout? It’s really hard to say, but you shouldn’t exercise longer than 1.5 hours per session. One more thing, and it’s really crucial, you should workout at least 3 – 4 times a week. Consistent exercise can boost up burning process effectively.

Other than workout, eating habit is also important. For me, eating habit take more dominant than workout. I better say 65% eating habit, and 35% work out. Let’s talk about what to eat to lose weight sooner. Bye now 🙂

I just think  about good health after visited the hospital last week. I know that I’m not a teenage anymore, although I’m not too old (I guess lol). I’m the one, who don’t like to take medicine regularly. I think medicine is great, but not for me. I prefer an alternative method such as herbal, organic stuff actually. I heard from my friend that Aloe Vera is such a great plant, easy to grow, and endurance for various circumstance. I think I’m planning to put this kind of herb in my garden. Aloe vera comes with lot of benefit such as lower blood sugar, help for hair loss, boost up fat burn process, and more. If Aloe vera come with bunch of benefits, so it’s time to plant it seriously in my garden. I wanna say that life is short, then we need to take care of it smartly. If you know that anything good for your health, then don’t hesitate to take it. Aloe vera is my first herb in my garden, I don’t know what I can do with it. What’s next for Man Utd?

I’m a big fan of mancherster united, but honestly speaking I’m lazy to watching them recently. Why? It seemed like they are not “Real” Manchester United. In recent squad, they compose of lot of great players such as Andre Herera, Juan Mata, Morgan Schneiderlin, Matial and more. I think the players are much greater than couple years ago, but the performance is really “Unacceptable”. I don’t want to blame the player, but manager. I think many fans around the world think as same as I do. I think it’s time up for Van gaal, he was such a great coach with “Old style”. He is not the right one for modern football, and manchester united. 3-5-2 formula is an unseen, but he prefer it. What’s the xxx? Great players in the team, but he doesn’t know how to pull their 100% performance out. Andre Herera is one of the great players in the team right now. I think her looked like Inesta, from Bacelone. His football sense is amazing, but not for Van Gal. Andre alway sit on the bench, huh. Morgan Schneiderlin is great defense midfielder, the guy who missing from the team since Roy Keane departure. He is really great, and really helpful along with back four. But he also not favorite player for Van gal. No one is the best for him. Is it the right time to sack him out?

Manchester United under Moyes….in my opinion

After Sir Alex Ferguson retired, David Moyes take Sir Alex’s position. Moyes has lead the team for Asia preseason tour. Honestly speaking, I don’t think Manchester United can grab English Premier League Trophy next season, It’s really hard even fly to the Top 4. Why? Till now on, Man Utd can’t get any top performance new player. I don’t know what Moyes think, but I think he knows that Utd need the new player for defend midfielder, and center back. Everyone know that those 2 positions are really important, but no one in Utd team recently can take good care of those positions. Currently players are good, but not good enough to beat other teams such as Chelsea, Manchester City, or even Spurs. Moyes get lot of budget for the new player hunting, but he not pay for it. I don’t know what he truly think. The new season is coming in the next couple weeks, but there is no change for Manchester United. I think maybe Man Utd won’t searching for new players, but new manager actually.
